We are very sorry if you are not satisfied with our products in the most unlikely event. We are more than happy to refund or exchange your purchase within 7 days of the receipt.
All the returns need to be in its original pacing and re-saleable state.
Please contact us first for the problem. We reserve the rights to replace, repair, exchange, or refund.
The postage fees for the returns are the responsibility of the clients.
Any CUT-TO-ORDER FABRICS and SEWING KITS are NOT refundable or exchangeable.
